Delivery information
Product delivery is worldwide, with the following details:
Romania: The delivery cost is 19 lei for orders up to 350 lei, and for orders over 350 lei, delivery is free.
International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package. The customer is responsible for any customs or delivery fees.
Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days for all orders. Please note that delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing for international orders.
Return policy
The return policy is designed to protect customer rights and includes the following:
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, regardless of your location. For consumers in the European Union, this right is legally binding, and for those outside the EU, it is our policy. To exercise this right, send an email to jocnouu@gmail.com . The products must be returned within 14 days of notification.
Return conditions: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer bears the return costs, except in cases where the product is defective or was delivered in error.
Refund Process: Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return conditions. If the return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Defective Products or Delivery Errors: If you receive a defective or different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the product to be returned and offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exceptions: Opened or used products cannot be returned for a refund under the right of withdrawal. Perishable or limited-expiration products may not be eligible for return. Products that are personalized or modified to your specifications are not eligible for return.
How to initiate a return:

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the address to which it should be sent.
Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Upon receipt, we will process the return and issue a refund, if applicable.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions specified above.

For international returns, you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon return.
